I haven't been to Dave and Buster's in FOREVER! Doesn't help that the nearest one to my house was about an hour and a half away. Seems like it would make for a good evening with the right people though. Do they charge per game or do you just get an unlimited card type dealy?

In regards to Dave and Buster's I got the eat and play combo with $10 worth of games on a card (though you pay less) which converts to 50 credits or something. But games cost all sorts of different prices, so it was weird. I ended up getting another $5 added because I ran through the initial credits.

It really was fun. There was like 15-20 of us. My friend whose birthday is was is like super nice, but got going on a streak on the Connect 4 and turned into a totally smug dick... haha. He was obviously playing it up a bit for laughs. My brother finally stepped in and beat him. It was a hilarious display. A crowd had gathered around the Connect 4 setup.

I haven't paid to cut my hair in over a decade. I just let it grow until it gets unmanageable or too hot and lop it off. That and track suits are pretty much the only benefits of freelance

Does anyone else here work IT or is the resident IT person in their peer group/family? Reason I ask is that no matter how awesome I am at troubleshooting almost anything thrown my way, my mother will be that one elusive case I cannot help. I'm that guy as well.  You know what's the worst?  When people cling to VCR's.  They always want that shit hooked up so they can record.  Always so confusing to figure out how to hook up things to a VCR to get it to record.  It's called a DVR, get on that old people.

Just a random Wal-Mart fact.  You'd be surprised how many TV's get returned because people don't hook them up to HD and they think the TV they bought has a "bad picture".  So stupid.  For anyone that doesn't get what I mean, they don't upgrade their cable/satellite provider's box to an HD one.  They think that coax cable will give them pristine picture.  Again, so stupid.

Wait. Wait. It can't have just been TLOU. He was in waaaaay to deep with the trophy addiction for a game like that to put him off. I still remember the lengths he went to on Rock Band to get a trophy, things no sane man would do to get a virtual icon. And like Kay said, he played some good awful shit that that couldn't even compare to TLOU.

Crazy man. I want him to return though so we can all argue about TLOU.

The reason he probably hates TLOU is due to the fact that you only unlock maybe 3 trophies on your first play through. Since the game requires roughly 3 play throughs to get everything, he was probably put off by it.
