i dont think i got the McD's job but i applied for a position at goodwill which has been open for 20 days and looks like it hasnt had any takers so i sent that in. I never thought about this place before I know there wont be a billion other applicants at this one so my chances go up.

I have like literally NO experience outside of paper routes and one dinky locally owned convenience store, and those really dont seem to count much, but this looks like something i could get. Fingers crossed

I think i was a late to everything. I spent October moping when i should have been applying, but this job at goodwill looks good enough for now hoping to get it. There shouldn't be a lot of corporate bs there.

I miss that convenience store. it was nice and i didnt have to do much and i was hired. it was in a town with a population of like 700 though so. Don't think there's any import stores around here though.

I don't live in a huge town, but is there a place that gets workers in line for temp jobs (temp as in temporary)? We have one in our town that just loans out people to places in need of help, and sometimes the temp gets in for a full time job. Just a thought.

@Chocobot I didn't get into Metroid right away as well, infact Metroid Prime 3 was the very first Metroid game I ever played back in 2008. I loved it so much which could be why I like 3 more than the first 2 Prime games but they are still good games. That Trilogy is something you don't want to get rid of, considering what aftermarket prices are. It's probably my most valuable game in my library of games. Curious, did you get the regular one or the tin case one?

I unfortunately didn't get the super valuable tin case Metroid Trilogy. Still, I'm happy I was able to get the game at all at a reasonable price

The only real tv shows i ever got into were Charmed, and Bones, and I'm not a huge fan of FFVII. I'd rather play Chrono Cross.

All things considered though I'd rather just eat the pizza and burgers with a beautiful woman.
