So I was just on amazon and for some reason I wanted to check to see if they had a new Buffy tin lunch box. I bought the one that was replicated after the season 8 comic for $15. Well there is no new one, but the one that I have sells for $300 new and $200 used. Holy shit! Wish I would have bought more than one.

@spiddy: I did appreciate that anecdote. And I wouldn't describe myself as deadpan. When we do finally meet in person you will see for yourself haha.

That sucks about the fireworks though Kay. There are definitely limits to being a patient neighbor.

As for my 4th...it was ultra unamerican. I worked, I ate sushi, then I played Civilization (with all the new expansions) as Japan until early in the morning.

I feel unpatriotic guys...

I'm late with the whole 4th of July thing but I had a nice one I think. I watched a lot of Twilight Zone with my mom, played Ace Attorney since I've become addicted to it, and watched The Lego Movie (finally) with my family. There was also a lot of BBQ food that I'm sure was good but I'm a weirdo and don't like to eat a lot of meat.

So basically I was a lazy bum all day and it was awesome.

It was pretty much a perfect day filled with awesome things.

Btw Greenie, now that I can't stop playing Ace Attorney I was wondering if Apollo Justice is necessary to play before I get to Dual Destinies. I'm pretty attached to Phoenix and everyone already so the new characters look pretty lame.

DD won't reveal any twists from AJ other than Phoenix becomes a lawyer again at the end (which should be obvious) and the only characters who carry over are Trucy, Apollo, and (very briefly) Klavier so you should be good going straight to DD. I'd say Apollo is still worth a playthrough for its good bits even if its bad bits are a lot worse than they've ever been. Definitely the worst in the series

Perfect, I will most likely skip Apollo for now then. Maybe. Ugh.... I know I'll play it eventually anyway though. I can't believe I've ignored these games for as long as I have, I feel really stupid (。-_-。)

I more or less mean going and watching fireworks. Wife always wants to do it, but I hate it so much. Unless you go to a place that has really good ones, it's just the same damn thing over and over. The only cool part is the finale, so let's just skip to that and spare everyone wasted time.

I'm not into love pillows. More about fucking that hole in the disc. Kudos to whoever made that design choice.

I like fireworks but not so much in the weather this time of year. I live in a desert so the heat is a bit unpleasant to say the least. Disneyland fireworks are the best, I want to go there again D:

I'm jealous! It's been a few years since I've been there so there's probably been quite a few changes. I used to go there all the time so I miss it a lot.

That reminds me I recently had a dream I was on a date with Thor at Disneyland. lol

I would say I'm surprised Kay knows where to buy a love pillow but...

Also Disneyland fire works would be awesome. They already blow up tons of shit on a daily basis so when there's an actual event it must be nuts.

If given the chance to wipe out all animals or wipe out all humans I'd pick humans. People that treat their pets like shit are big pieces of shit.

Speaking of pets, we just got two new kittens. An all black cat which we named Milan (after my favorite soccer team, my girlfriend named him), and we have a mostly grey cat with some white stripes. Haven't named him yet, she wanted Clarence but I don't like human names for animals. I've come up with Cloud, but she didn't like that. She liked Storm, and I suggested Stormcloud so we could both call him what we wanted, but no on that as well. Yesterday I suggested Yukon, nope. They're both brothers, and right now my first cat Baby isn't so happy.

Another thing that fills me with rage is when I'm driving down the road and see a dead turtle, especially off to the side. Who purposely hits and kills an animal? This is their world too, and they don't fuck it up like we do.

Also, my wife makes me kill them. If I see them go off to some corner I'm happy to leave them alone, but still very much terrified.

I don't know it seems weird to make a stink about it in general and then draw the line at spiders. This is their world too as you said. It doesn't take much effort to shoo them into a cup or something like that and drop them outside. Though I realize when fear is involved it is hard to be totally rational.

Edit: Was going to ask for kitten pictures, but realized they'd be on facebook. Cute kittens Bret!
