Anticipated Games

So...how's it going. Little awkward, but I lost a contact lens in one of these threads, and I've been searching around for it for weeks. It's like putting vasoline in one eye and stumbling around a shopping mall. Which, if you're curious, freaks people out.

I am playing GTA V. It is very good. There is both the theft of autos that is grand, and many Vs hidden around the city. I'll catch you all, Vs!

Collectors Edition here I come. The figure looks kinda ew but I can't resist an artbook.

I read that you can still be invaded when you're "dead" in Dark Souls 2. So I really don't care about that game at this point. Dark Souls was fun because it was at least somewhat fair. Getting invaded by some asshole who can survive 6 backstabs without any armor ruins the game

Wait so they're saying how they want to expand the market yet any new players having trouble dealing with the game's difficulty as is have to also deal with advanced players repeatedly killing them? BRILLIANT!!!

I can understand why people would dislike that if it's true. I hope there's something that make invasions far more frequent if you choose them to be. I never really went in human form on my first playthrough so I never got invaded, which sucks because it's that sorta sudden "Ohshit" moment where it's just all dynamic players and no set events.

I'm pretty excited for Gravity Rush 2!

Noticed the trailer didn't announce the system. Someone may have already confirmed this, but I'm really curious as to whether this will be on PS3 or Vita. Will show whether or not the system's going to live on.

Hooray! Monster Hunter coming to Vita next year. In Japan. Boo...

I'd take Gravity Rush on either system. Parts of me would prefer it for the PS3, other parts compel me about the Vita. I'll happily buy whatever version.

I'm guessing its on Vita and hoping its on Vita. It simply needs it more and I never had an issue with the game because of the Vita. Gravity Rush had issues, but they were more design issues. Nothing that couldn't be fixed while still on Vita. Though regardless I'm happy there is a sequel.

I'd get so confused as to which way was which. Nothing against the Vita or the game makers, but that was the only real problem I can remember. Wish there was a bit more combat than just flying, stopping, and targeting.

Yeah I think combat was the biggest issue and the lock-on was suspect at times which didn't help matters. Definitely the thing they need to work on the most.

What they need to do is fix the motion sensor gimmicks... I think they used it for sliding? Anyway, I could never make that work

You can be invaded whenever.
You lose a piece of your maximum health every time you die as a hallow.

Personally, I'm super fucking excited for it now. DAY 1 COLLECTORS EDITION HERE I COME.

Edit - There is also some covenant that sends players to others who are being invaded so they can help the host survive.

I get annoyed about invading the same way I get annoyed in random MP matches; It usually ruins my hobby and is full of assclowns trying to justify themselves through digital entertainment rather than having fun.

How can I care about games not named Pokemon and Wind Waker HD when those two come out next month? Come on Kay, I'm only human.

Well, Grasshopper has been very hit and miss for me. Sometimes a lot of style over substance. So I'll be excited when I see more of it.
