ALttP was one of my first games... I'm not as excited for this new one as I should be, but it looks cool. I'll definitely pick it up.

Mario & Luigi games aren't really my thing, I think it's BS that the 3DS doesn't have SNES games so the Earthbound announcement just annoys me. Bravery Default looks good, and so do those bonuses that were announced for SMT4

I'm hoping that ALttP2 will sell well enough to convince them to make a gimmick free 3D Zelda for the Wii-U. I still refuse to play SS cause of motion controls (I don't care if its good either i just don't want motion controls in Zelda).

I just saw the trailer for ALttP2. My excitement for this game shot through the roof. Best use of 3D I've seen and it just looks like exactly like the Zelda I've been waiting 8 years to play.

I can fully confirm that it's a sequel or takes place after ALTTP. 2 Zelda games in one year, kinda like SS and OoT3D lol Liking that new walldrawing thing, looks pretty interesting definitely going to be a day 1 buy for me, as usual.

One thing that I forgot. It kind of blew my mind when Greenman told me there were 8 new worlds in DKC Returns for the 3DS. I thought they just meant levels. I was gonna pick it up in the first place but now I might make that a day one purchase

Actually I double checked that and the place I read it at first put worlds, but everywhere since has seemed to put levels. My bad.

I watched some footage of Zelda and it looks quite excellent. The chalk outliney thing looks super cool and is used in interesting ways. There is a lot of verticality to the dungeon they showed. Link also moves really fast. Gameplay in general just looked really fast. I like the return to traditional controls.

I still say its lame they didn't do a fully new overworld. I mean worst case scenario that it's a slightly changed LttP overworld still at least gives us a full explorable on foot overworld which is a step up from the recent games. I imagine there has to be some big changes (no dark world or whatever means something completely new to replace it right?), but I just can't see it ideally being what I (and many) have been asking for from an overworld for years now. I'm more of a dungeon guy anyway, but still.

It's too early to tell what the game will bring, but even though the overworld might be the same, I'm sure it'll have some new surprises in it.

So FF Versus XIII isn't dead...

I approve. That said, the original things the creator was saying about it...fucking sexy. But let me just guess before the press release...Square Enix probably neutered their own game to make it more "fan friendly"

I will definitely be picking up Zelda, Bravely Default, and Earthbound when they come out. Gives me something to look forward to alongside my Tales of Xillia collectors' edition. Smile

Not even WW HD would make me jump on a WiiU with its current price.

Played the Soul Sacrifice demo earlier. Not sure how I feel about it. The voice acting is up there with Resident Evil and SoTN. Action is pretty solid though.

I heard that too but you're using the villains to take out Batman and Robin. It could work as Batman and Robin though. But you know what would be cool, a game where one player uses Batman and another player uses Robin ala the Adam West Batman show. It will be cheesy but I think if done right, it could work.

I plan to get a Wii U this summer so I'll pick that up if it comes out too. As for the multiplayer, it doesn't sound that bad, but I think it would be cooler if someone got to play as Batman. Like the stealth segments with real human opponents.
