Yeah. But 2, 3, and Reach all had a reason to exist with online MP, a new system, and giving fans disappointed by 3 what they wanted respectively.

Maybe they handed off this Batman game to a new dev just so Rocksteady can get busy on the next-gen Batman game... haha.

Actually Trip, I read an article that isn't far off from what you're thinking. I read a couple months ago that Rocksteady was going to be making a Batman prequel, of sorts. There may be more info on it now but it was supposed to take place during the Silver Age of DC comics with possible cameos from members of the Justice League. Didn't say whether it was next gen or not though. So yeah, they stopped making Batman for another Batman, haha.

Farcry 3 Blood Dragon looks FUCKING AWESOME! I seriously don't know if I've seen a cooler looking game ever. The near perfect game mechanics of Far Cry 3 combined with such an original, awesome setting... this game can't fail.

I also saw a new trailer for Dark Souls 2. I don't know why I haven't turned my mind to it much. But obviously a new entry into my favourite series is outstanding.

After seeing the new Dark Souls 2 footage it is safe to say I am hyped. Everything about it just looked fucking amazing, there are just so many things in the gameplay that look so damn good I don't even know where to being, plus moving coat-tails! Can't wait to see what they do with the story and lore element of it again.

Dark Souls 2 looks awesome. I remember seeing the page for Blood Dragon just after april fools day and thinking it should be real... I guess it wasn't just a joke

Yeah the Dark Souls graphics just look incredible. The art and design of the game is so spectacular that you tend to miss that on a technical level the graphics are stellar. But this looks like a big step up.

Yes the Cyberpunk game looks so cool too. I'm glad that it and Witcher 3 will be coming to the PS4.

I thought for sure Blood Dragon was a April fools joke. Have you guys seen the gameplay?! It's incredible. I'm telling people that don't even play video games about how cool this game looks because I'm that hyped.

Woah, for serious, Cyberpunk is gonna be on PS4?? I was a little depressed when it was first announced since I figured it'd only be on PC. Consider me hyped now, because like Twolf said, CYBERPUNK!

I'm also glad to see Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is a stand-alone game. Far Cry 3 just doesn't look interesting to me, but Blood Dragon looks more like my kind of thing.

Was excited for the supposed NFS Underground reboot/remake because I miss customizing cars on NFS but now I'm sad because it's fake Sad

And I'm excited for the new Batman games, both the console and handheld ones, mostly for the handheld one but I'm willing to give both a try.

they have to bring out a new Underground game some time. There's a ton of demand for a new one. I guess it just won't be Criterion that makes it.

Hell, just slap some HD graphics and a Burnout-like online set-up on to the old games. I'd buy that for sure

That Cyberpunk 2077 game does look pretty sweet. I have The Witcher 2 on PC, and while it's not my favorite game, it is a well-designed game.

New Mario and Luigi RPG hitting in August
New Yoshi's Island game coming to 3DS
Earthbound hitting Virtual Console
The Oracle games hitting the eshop May 30th
And best of all: A Link to the Past 2 with top down gameplay! No motion controls, no touch screen controls, just a pure gimmick free 2D Zelda experience! And it's coming this fall

Is it basically re-using LttP's overworld? Because that to me actually reeks of Nintendo's laziness in regards to overworlds of late. At least it's a quality overworld, but another odd decision for sure. I'm a little confused on this aspect though to be honest, so maybe that is an incorrect assumption.

I'd hope it's not, but I could see this as being something that does it. Hopefully it's either a new world in ALttP's setting or they change it so much it's basically like getting a new overworld. I would like a world ALttP's size, just not the exact same one.

Something about how he said in LttP's world with new dungeons weirded me out. Maybe I am making too much of it. Again it feels like changes would have to be made even if it was reusing it, but I was hoping for an all new overworld obviously.

I'm excited either way. I've seen Pokemon pull off giving you the same area but making it feel new, so it could work here. I still hope it's a new area, but at the same time ALttP's overworld was so good I wouldn't be bothered if it was tweaked for a new game.

I'm really excited for the new Zelda game, to me that was the highlight of the 3DS, for the Wii U, Earthbound. Finally, I'll be able to play that. I'm just glad all of those games are coming out toward the end of the year, otherwise I wont be able to get them. I also noticed how the Link in the game had a WW vibe but looks like the ALttP one.

And Bravery Default next year, good.

I'm excited for a zelda that's not touch screen crap but I can't help but think like Trip...reusing maps and stuff, sounds a little lazy but until I see it I couldn't say.
