I think I'm going to trade in my launch PS4 to EBgames and grab the Destiny bundle. I've stated before how it sounds like a jet engine and now I'm having to initialize it to even fucking play the damn thing. That shall not pass!

But, yeah, if I do that I am willing to unload my current copy of Destiny for a $20 PSN card. That basically covers shipping. I'd prefer someone who'll play with me, Killa, Lenny, and Avid to call dibs. (*edit* I left out Matt. Sorry Matt^^)

If everyone else fails, I'd probably be interested. I was always going to wait for the game to be cheap, and that sounds like a cheap price. Literally use me as a last resort though.

There's something else, though. Apparently Ubisoft has concluded that 30 FPS is "good enough" and that 60 FPS is just a fad, at least with regards to the kinds of games Ubisoft makes.

I'm pretty sure they're just making bad excuses for them being unable to reach 60 fps. Especially if they can't reach 1080p at the same time. I laugh at people who claim games are unplayable at less than 60 fps (generally pretentious PC gamer types) but it's pretty much objectively better for video games.

Besides, the example they used was The Hobbit. They said it didn't look like "the real thing." But if they're comparing to films, shouldn't all Ubisoft games be locked at 24 fps?

I've been playing Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky and Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. Waiting for Bayonetta 2 and Fantasy Life, which both hit next week on the 24th, damn you Nintendo.

I'm also thinking of pulling the trigger on The Evil Within for PS4. Has anyone else here picked it up yet?

I always try to watch videos on the PS4 of others playing, and they're always at the most boring parts. I haven't really seen any combat, but I'm sure it's there. It looks like a clone of Resident Evil 4-6.

I've been reading that it has significant performance issues. I have a friend on Facebook that really digs it, but since I don't have money to buy every game I want this month, I'd really prefer Bayonetta 2 over The Evil Within.

It's a play on my real name that does owe its existence to GTA, but I picked it because it sounded cool at the time, not because I'm particularly a GTA fan. I honestly don't mess around much with GTA.

So lots of old JRPGs are getting ported to PC...which is cool. They're re-releasing Valkyria Chronicles on PC which is cool. Not sure if I'd buy it again, but if it's a good port hopefully more RPGs (especially some on the X-Box that I missed) make it to the PC

gotta admit i am very pleased with the fact that i didnt hop on the ps4 hype train, and instead got a wii u, and will probably get an Xbone soon.

Also anyone who even thinks of buying Freedom Wars. DONT PLAY THE FUCKING GAME TILL AFTER YOU INSTALL THE PATCH. I was on the phone with gamestop for a half an hour looking for an online pass that doesnt exist. Apparently it was supposed to have one but the day one update removes it and uh...

I didn't know AC dropped today because I'm only interested in Rogue and only when/if it gets the PS4 treatment. If it launched on PS4 I'd be playing it right now. Black Flag changed my mind on that series.

As for reviews, I honestly don't know why people read into "scores" and whatever. Pros and cons, gameplay video, and a brief synopsis are just fine.
