Of those games I've only played Cave Story and I really enjoyed it. So im going to vote for that one.

As for me I've pretty much been playing FFXIV. Wasn't sure I would be able to get into a MMO but this one might be good enough to keep me around for a while. I have two characters on server Bryhildr if anyone else plays it. Other than that I played a bit of GTAV. Haven't gotten very far so I will reserve judgement but Im having fun with it.

I've never played Cthulu, but out of FEZ and Cave Story I'd definitely go for the latter. I really enjoyed playing it, and it's basically THE indie game so it deserves to be played. Unfortunately there were some changes made for + I wasn't a fan of... but that was mainly just the removal of "HUZZAH!"

I've played enough of Flashback HD to comment about it. It's nearly identical to the SNES version without the benefit of the SNES controller and some seriously bad voice acting. Jill sandwich bad. I can't recommend it over the original, but I can say that it is worth the $8 asking price if you don't own a SNES.

Puppeteer has really grown on me. There is a Halloween world that is amazing. Some really great boss fights too.

Always thought Kingdom of Amalur looked awesome. Too bad it didn't work for the studio and that they are no longer a studio.

Kingdoms of Amalur is really fun so far but I don't see it holding my interest for some reason. The characters talk a lot but I don't care about anything they're saying and skip the dialogue, and I never usually do that in an RPG. It is a shame about the studio though, I would have loved to see more games from them.

Playing Wind Waker HD. Hero mode is pretty damn tough, I'd say it's the toughest 3D Zelda except maybe SS (though that was for the wrong reasons). Game is fucking gorgeous and I just really, really love this game. Every second spent in this world is just the greatest thing ever.

Finished the Devil May Cry reboot minutes ago. I spent the last 2 evenings plowing through the story mode. Such a great action game.

I picked up Lone Survivor again since Halloween is coming up. Hopefully I stick with it this time around. It's a neat game

Yeah, I found it very cool but the controls and that fucking map were off putting to me.

Did any of you play the Battlefield 4 beta? I gave it a whirl because a friend wanted a game to play together, it's one of the most visually disgusting games I've ever seen. Can't see shit, object pop-ins EVERYWHERE, ugly boring textures. Didn't expect it to be good but holyshit.

The sound of everything was really good though. Shame that's not good enough to save it from being deleted after 2 matches.

Why the hell is Metal Gear Solid so much harder on the Vita? I can beat Metal Gear on the first try on a system all of the time, but on here I'm dying left and right. The rail gun is really pissing me off.

Lone Survivor has some really annoying design decisions. It's supposed to give you more freedom than most horror games, but if you're going to make a game like that YOU SHOULDN'T LET PLAYERS WALK INTO A WEAPONS SHOP IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO HAVE MORE WEAPONS. In one part I was also forced to wait for a monster to show up and start chasing me before I could move. There was a perfectly good door on the other side of the room that would've taken me to safety immediately, but I wasn't allowed to move for some dumb reason. What's even worse is that the whole point of everything I was doing was to lure the monster down there in the first place so I wouldn't have to deal with it in another room. You have to wonder how dumb everyone else must have been if the main character is one of the last people alive

Speaking of stupidity, I've started playing Dota 2 a lot more. It would be great if I wasn't constantly getting abandoned by my team. There's always one idiot who gets himself killed once then immediately ragequits, and everyone else follows suit.

Still chugging through on Mass Effect myself. So much for polishing off my backlog...but the fact remains I still have no money in my US account with which to buy games and getting a credit card in Japan as a foreigner...hahahaha. SO, I suppose I'll get to it eventually.

Which Poke'mon version should I claim? We're gonna have both, but what does the wifey get and what do I get? I have no fucking clue. This will be my first non-emu Poke'mon. Yeah, whatever, I held out until it had some real graphics.

I appreciate the input, guys, but it still doesn't clear anything up. To clarify, I know nothing about Poke'mon colors/versions what have you. Does it matter? Like, if I play one version will I not get the pink-fu-fu* that I want?

*If there's not a pink-fu-fu there damn well should be.
