I don't know, I'm kind of liking it equally as much. They are VERY different albums though for sure. This one has a bit more of a funky sound, a few tracks even sound kind of 90's R&B.

I've been listening to this band CHVRCHES lately. Pretty cool. Kind of an electric pop sound. Worth a listen if that is at all in your wheelhouse.

NIN's new album is in heavy rotation for me. It isn't an instant grab like the earlier albums but it doesn't give all its secrets away either.

I wasn't expecting much from Placebo, but their new album Loud Like Love is fantastic. Exit Wounds and Begin the End are my favorites, but most a really great songs. Around 5:30 of Begin the End I get the chills, musically, lyrically, and vocally it just comes together into perfection. The album is a great dose of classic Placebo mixed with the newer Placebo, which makes everyone happy.

I think her self titled album and In the Zone are pretty amazing tbh. Also that was back when she was really hot. I love this song.

She's got a new album coming in December too. I'm probably gonna get (or pirate) that.

Honestly I'll listen to anything as long as I feel it has artistic value. There is a lot of good pop out there you just have to sift through the Justin Biebers to find it.

The new Kings of Leon album is dull, just like their last one. I should just give up on them.

The new album by Mazzy Star is fantastic, just the kind of album I should end my work nights on.

In the truck, it's been The Who BBC Sessions 2-disc set.

@pspiddy - Yup. More than 10 years ago I had a tape of the show, but it was missing a lot of the songs. Really good concert with a mix of Nevermind and In Utero. A good amount of special features too.

I preordered Burials, and got The Conductor as a preview track, and OMG it's lyrics arent that great, but FUCKING the guitar in it is sooooooooooo amazing. Looking forward to the full album. Hopefully its better than decemberunderground and Crash Love.
