Thanks!  I'll look in that bag I never opened or I'll search the system a bit. Can I use a credit card to purchase games on their store or do I have to use those Nintendo cards?

Mine came with a 4 GB memory card. I'll probably be downloading Super Mario 3 soon.

Ended up with $125 total in Amazon gift cards. Gonna spend half of that on MGS5 and part of the other on Bloodborne when it hits $40 on sale.

Currently playing Tales of Hearts R on my new PSTV (it came with an 8GB memory card and The Lego Movie Video Game), so now I can jump on the Vita bandwagon.

Gamestop had new copies of Dragon Age: Inquisition for $20 off, so I went ahead and bounced for the PS4 version. I also picked up Persona 4 Golden.

Hope you enjoy Dragon Age San. Think it deviates enough from the usual Bioware stuff that annoys you, like how conversations are mostly cutscenes and talking in the field.

theres still a lot of talking its just spread out more since youre exploring and fighting a lot more. It also runs really smooth for a game of its scale. I've ran into very few glitches in the xbone version and none that really affect gameplay.

Also i know the whole i dont care about graphics was one of the reasons i didnt jump on this gen as quick as everyone else, but holy shit is it gorgeous my elf mage is so beautiful

Oh yeah, definitely, but not in the typical Bioware fashion. Feels more like cutscenes this time.

I will post the 2014 Gaming Awards voting thread by the end of the year. Here is last year's categories:

https://theplaystation.forumotion.com/t209-2013-gaming-awards

If there is a new category you'd like to add feel free to throw it out here and I'll add it in! Not sure there is much else to add to that list after a couple of years of refinement, but you never know!

Anyone picking up anything in the 60 game sale? I'll probably most definitely buy Ratchet and Clank for the Vita, and I'm consider Vice City Stories because the game was fantastic 7 or 8 years ago on the PSP. A lot of good sales, but mainly for the Vita. Also, quite a few good PS1 classics for cheap.

I got Daxter so I can play it on my Vita. I hate to say it, but it is hard to go back to my PSP after the Vita. Plus my PSP's analog nub is a bit messed up. So getting some of my favorites on the Vita is always a good thing. Going to start replaying it once it finishes downloading this morning.

Definitely considering Chrono Cross since I keep passing on it every time it goes on sale. And despite the fact that I'm terrible at SRPGs, Tactics Ogre looks tempting somehow.

How much is Tactics Ogre? I own the physical version but wouldn't mind having it to play on PSTV.

Does anyone know of any good video game magazines that are out there? Preferably ones that focus more on playstation. Used to buy every OPM issue and read the whole thing and I kind of miss that.

I subscribe to the digital version of the UK Official PlayStation magazine. I've found it to be a good monthly investment since I bought a PS4 ($5 for monthly subscription).

So I have 2 3DSs. I don't need 2 3DSs. But I only have one charging cable so I can't just trade the second one in. What do I do with this thing? Come to think of it I should've offered it to Bret but I completely forgot I had it until today

if no one wants it you could just buy a charge cable and trade it im im sure youd still get enough back for it to be worth it.

Nintendo made ones are $8.49 amazon http://www.amazon.com/Original-Nintendo-3DS-XL-Adapter-DSi/dp/B00CJTA87A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1421553829&sr=8-1&keywords=3ds+charger

Any nieces or nephews? I'm sure they'd love you if you do. I know Walmart sells one for around $10. Is there anyone else on here that doesn't have one yet?

Ended up selling both of my 3DSs together. Putting the money towards a New 3DS. I wasn't really planning on getting one but with the changes they made I figure it'll be worth the net $30 or so I'll end up spending

How much did they say it was going to cost? Unless some kind of Dragon Quest game requires the new one I have no intentions of getting it.

The more you think about it, the more it feels like a really sleazy move by Nintendo. It's bad enough if you were there from the beginning and bought a 3DS, only for the 3DS XL to come out later. But to have games that only play on the newer system just seems shitty. I'd be really pissed if they came out with a new PS4, and games I liked would only work on that one. It shouldn't work that way.
