So what would you guys say your favorite show still airing is? It can be out of season like Breaking Bad, just not over like Seinfeld. I've been trying to decide what mine is in a post-Fringe world and I'd probably say Game of Thrones.

I'd say mine is Breaking Bad. Though Legend of Korra is pretty close.

Oh god. If you held a gun to my head I'd probably say Game of Thrones. But Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Justified are all right there. I still think Mad Men is the 'best' show on TV... for whatever that's worth... But Game of Thrones is probably the most fun to watch.

There's a lot of good comedy out there, but let's be honest, the best dramas out there today are leaps and bounds better than the best comedies. I think my favorite is Parks & Rec, followed closely by the FX trio of Archer, The League and Always Sunny and then Workaholics (that show is secretly genius).

Is Legend of Korra getting a new season? I've been watching Avatar; I'm on the last season

Korra I think is getting a couple new seasons, which is awesome. Matt reminded me that Archer is probably tied with Breaking Bad as my favorite thing. So fucking hilarious.

I've become quite partial to Grimm. Ridiculous? Sure. But it's actually pretty cool too. Monroe is terrific. A werewolf who specializes in old-world clocks? I'm in.

If enough of us watch a TV show and want to make a full thread to discuss it we can too. We did have a bit of success with that on 1up. This way we can keep spoilers away from everyone else easier.

The Americans is my current obsession right now. Workaholics and Tosh are always fun to watch but everything pales in comparison to Breaking Bad. Can't wait for the final episodes this summer. And Boardwalk Empire of course.

I have The Americans parked on my DVR, waiting for some free time to get into it.

It's really good. I like that its from the Russian aspect instead of American spies. It just got renewed for a second season too, thankfully.

We can make an Americans thread and hopefully each episode we can discuss it. Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are good candidates too when they roll around as well.

Justified and Archer are my current favorites.

Watched a bit of Batman: The Animated Series yesterday. Although sometimes the animation shows its age, the stories, writing and characters are really excellent. Pretty good show so far.

Batman: The Animated Series is classic. I grew up watching that show everyday after school. Kevin Conroy is the ultimate voice actor for Batman.

Also we could always make a Walking Dead thread just so we could all bitch about it each week. You know how they've completely botched the Governor character. Or how obtuse Micchone likes to be for no good reason. Or possibly just how awful they made Andrea in the show. Or which comic character they will fuck up next.

At least Carl is finally starting to man up this season. I wasn't sure who was worse for a while, him or Lori.

Carl was flat out my least favorite character on TV for the past two years (though you are right Lori was close). But he has been alright this season. I think Andrea is the worst character on the show now. As for worst on TV, that award is a bit more wide-open now I think.

That bothers me that Andrea is the worst on the show. She is my favorite in the comics, you see her become just another person Rick has to protect to the biggest reason they survive that long. Half the reason I get so excited for Rick's next plan is to see how much of a badass she'll be in it.

She is the complete opposite in badass... especially that episode last night. I tweeted this, but god damn was she cunty. I really should just stop watching that show. I don't even know if I really enjoy it. Every once in a while it'll do something right... but for the most part its a mess.

I like how no one wanted Meryl back at the prison then suddenly they let him have a gun. Uh, ok. I realize they need all the help they can get but that makes no sense to me.

Yeah, seriously. Although I think after they got attacked they were like... oh shit... well maybe Merle isn't so bad. I feel like this season is just stalling until the big finale... which will likely be great... maybe...

I have a bit of a problem with stopping watching stuff. Like if I've watched a season or so, I end up just sticking around. I watched all of Heroes for instance. I do enjoy a good hatewatch though and The Walking Dead is one of the best for that. I have last night's DVR'd still. Will watch it tonight. My brother watches it with me, so that helps make it more fun I think.

I used to enjoy reading Andy Greenwald's recaps of TWD on Grantland, but he stopped doing them, because he felt someone should review the show who actually likes it. It's kind of a bummer, because even though you could tell he hated it, he tried so hard to find something good about each episode. It made for a good read.

I'm starting up Game of Thrones again. Wanna rewatch the first two seasons, because I didn't pay attention as much as I would have liked. Too many times I was getting on the computer like I am now. It is a show that I should love, I just need to pay attention more.
