I've been hanging with my dad this weekend. He was showing me a deer stand he built for a buddy of his. It could be like a summer home. It's crazy. He also showed me the plans for his. I might help him build it if time allows.

I would have rather been entertaining you. My weekend was mostly full of exterminating every pest from gnats to mice inside and out, bleaching the kitchen, and listening to an in-laws conspiracy theories about our president the anti-Christ.

I really was as boring as possible this weekend. I think I did nothing but sleep when I had free time. I actually might see a doctor about the excessive sleeping and other stuff... I did finally see the new X-Men movie with my family though. My step-dad did nothing but complain about how he didn't want to be there, it was almost humorous but super annoying. Whatever, I really enjoyed the movie.

People who hate Obama just won't admit that they're racist. I had someone at work annoying me saying he was the worst president and that Bush comes from a long line of patriots. If Bush is what I should be as an American, no thanks.

Only good thing about Bush was how often David Letterman made fun of him.

Bush was definitely a worse president, but I think Obama is a bad one too. Honestly, the only part I like about him is that he is black. At least that shows that despite how we regularly embarrass ourselves on a daily basis, we are making some progress as a society. And that he has a funny name that sounds like "Osama" only adds to that.

I never have a problem with people's political opinions until the bullshit conspiracies and misinformation starts flowing. The two party system is just plain stupid and it makes people ignorant to the concept of real progress.

I loved G-Dub. That guy was fucking hilarious. And he never shied away from his misguided stances on war and oil and, what I can only call, an Ogliarchy. Which is refreshing even if it's scary. Now I want to go watch videos of him. That dude was comedy gold. I quote him often when arguing with my wife. Can't be mad at that shit!

And the fact Barack Hussein Obama could get elected with that name is friggin hilarious.

I just want to mention for a second how much I LOVE being unemployed with no school. Just doing whatever I want, not having to worry about being productive until my college money dries up. It is the greatest, most liberating thing I have felt ever.

Nah, I'm taking a trip up to see Matt (which got pushed to late July so I could do summer school, ugh) and Point Reyes in Northern California with a few of my cousins when my other cousin who lives up there has a music festival. Always awesome since he lives in hippie central USA.
