I wasn't really too big of a fan of either. But I liked Trip's a little more. Too much flute in the other one...

Not enough flute in the other one :p I honestly didn't expect anyone to vote for a 9 minute Steve Reich piece, though. I love some of his work but I have to vote for Trip's song in this case

I really liked the flutes actually just for 9 minutes was too long. Both of these songs are too long imo. I voted for the flute one though cause it seemed less repetitive to me.

I think both went on for about 3 minutes too long, but overall I preferred Trip's selection.

It's weird how two of I assume the longest songs got matched up against each other. Being against a 9 minute song was probably Explosions in the Sky's best chance at moving forward!
