Would you consider doing separate movie episodes/music episodes/game episodes just to cut down on length? Not saying it's bad to keep it as long as it is, just curious.

So, I need to record a new episode. I feel that I owe it. I haven't recorded one since August. Some weekends were plagued by personal or family events or work or something else. I'm having difficulty scheduling a date with one guest and I think her weekend schedule will make it impossible for the time being. So....
Does anyone here want to be a guest if they have some time this weekend? Otherwise I'll record a solo show. If not this weekend, maybe next? All you'll need is Skype and less than a couple hours of your time.

The show's format is this: the guest and I discuss entertainment choices we've made recently: what we've watched, read, played or listened to (film, tv, games, books, music) but for each medium we choose a selection from the past and from the present or as recently as possible.

I've been thinking about limiting it to film, tv and video games so there won't be much prep or that recording time won't be so time-consuming.

Just finished recording my 2nd episode, a solo episode. I'm editing it right now but I think it's going to be good. The good news is that its only 40 minutes long. I'll post it later tonight. Can't wait to hear what you guys think!

Just listened to the new episode. Gave me a lot of good memories of going to the video store and renting stuff growing up... and then during high school/college when I actually worked at one as the industry died!
