If You Were an RPG Character...

...What would your stats/class/weapon/skill set be? And why? Justifications or it don't count. And not the idealized, awesome version of yourself, just you as you are sitting in front of this computer right now.

Well, this could get confusing as there's a lot of RPG builds....but then again it ALSO means that there can be multiple posts on what you'd do depending on which game you're doing, even going by which one you're playing. And that....is really fucking exciting so I'll start with the Knights of the Old Republic template.

Class: Jedi Sentinel (in other words the balanced one)

Weapon: A Viridian lightsaber in my right hand, a silver one in my left

Strength- Above average
Dexterity- Average
Constitution (ie endurance)- High
Intelligence- Above average
Wisdom- High
Charisma- Below average

Skills: Computer use, Repair

Yeah... I really need a specific game. I know nothing of general RPG character builds or stats. Also is this an obscure NSA plot to gather information on me? Be honest, twolf

Thinking about my weapons set. It would be a tactical machete, all-purpose tool, duct tape, and a flash drive. I can pretty much do anything with that combination.

Closest class I can think of is a RDM. A defensive RDM. Jack of all trades, master of none. (Except slap bass. I can out funk anyone this side of Bootsy Collins.)

I'll base mine off of a Dark Souls build and change things around. Vitality doesn't make a lot of sense in real life and Dark Souls lacks stats that other games have

Starting class: Wanderer
Weapon set: Fire Falchion and Knight shield. Because fire is cool and I like the Falchion attacks.

Attunement: high (I'm taking this as the number of skills I have. Jack of all trades build)
Endurance: below average
Strength: average
Dexterity: above average (fairly good with instruments, bad with writing)
Resistance: average (taking this as general health)
Intelligence: high (I'm generally great at learning things...)
Wisdom: low (... but eventually I don't care and I suck at life)
Faith: average (agnostic theist)
Charisma: low

Will roll with Ajapams one, feels like it covers the most.

Class: Lazy man.
Weapon: Shortsword and a buckler shield. I took Capra Demon on with it in order to get Wiggy to give me Priscilla's gear (In trade for ALL of mine) for he was unworthy of owning it. 0 regrets.

Attunement: Low
Endurance: Low - Fuck exercise.
Strength: Below low (You seen these spaghetti arms?)
Dexterity: Below average/average. Hell if I know.
Resistance: Below average/average. I don't get ill very often but I'm certainly not healthy and apparently the illness I have lowers my immune system, so.
Intelligence: Low
Wisdom: Below average
Faith: Low
Charisma: Below average (I don't really know what to talk to most people about but I seem to get on with them)

Dexterity: below average (my hands are tiny, meat balls that can't do tiny tasks worth shit. I'm agile but

Faith: low
Charisma: medium (I make friends quickly, but am a pessimistic, arrogant prick as well so...balances out)

Mine are as follows:

Bret because he'd probably bite a zombie for me.

Killa because he isn't afraid to fail. (Stealth Inc)

Kay because when it comes down to it, bloodthirsty wins.

Lenny because he has all that military training and therefore could kick the most ass

Trip because he has that workout regimen so he'd be in good shape

Matt because running cross country at any point means you have endurance and know how to keep going when you get tired.

So you're just choosing strong guys so you can cower behind them in fear is what you're saying?

When did I ever even hint at hiding behind them? It's simple logic to want the best

My alternate team (for shits and giggles) would be:

T-wolf because we'd be so far up our own asses, bragging, to notice a fight.

Greenie because why fight others when you can fight amongst yourselves?

avid since he seems like he can get shit done regardless of the cock-dickerey of the rest of us.

I'm not choosing Lenny or San because that's just plain unfair. If cool was a stat they over limit that shit.

*edit* Nah, San is silly, so he can't be in my alternate's alternates. I choose rainjar even though he would fuck up my party. DD if I ever knew one.

Trip's the designated driver if anyone here is. Kay's the one who resists, but we convince to get drunk more making it all the more fun and Rainjar is the guy who goes home early.

Act I

Kay: No, thanks.

Act II

Kay: ...

PSPiddy - Has level 99 beard combined with his level 99 smack talk means you can sail through with through pure intimidation.

Kay - Put that charisma to the test.

We're doing a Planescape-esque run on this bitch. No fighting, only dialogue options. Although I feel we'd be covered in terms of fighting too with Kay alone.

Trip - I'm a loyal person, and he's the one I have been friends with the longest. Plus the whole workout thing doesn't hurt, probably make a nice tank.

pspiddy - I'm someone who doesn't stick up for myself, and I think he wouldn't let anyone push others in his team around. Plus we could talk music and Final Fantasy, which never hurts.

Negative. I love this forum and the people in it too much. I'd be a lax dungeon keeper if anything. Except for Matt. Unless the Brewers go to the AL, he and his city can go fuck themselves.

I will take Bret, Greenman and Matt in my party. I thought about taking spiddy, but he'd just be making moon eyes at Bret the whole time (he has such a mancrush on him), so I don't think he'd be much help.
