I was actually awesome at this part of the game in my youth. Never beat the game, because I could never figure out what to do when you get the turtle van. Seriously though, I was awesome at this section, but probably not anymore.

You probably grew up as I did; save allowance and even if a game is shit you damn well better beat it. This game, Simon's Quest, and Rygar were the bane of my formative gaming existence. And RBI Baseball. That's nightmare quality gaming.

Nah, I liked games, but I don't think I ever really beat games back on the NES. I was more of an action figure and toy guns child. Used to read an awful lot as well. Then I got Final Fantasy VII and everything changed as far as gaming and hobbies.

I beat Contra and Ninja Gaiden 3, but used Game Genie to beat those. To this day I still haven't beat Super Mario 3 even though I've attempted many times.

I could get by the seaweed section, but I'd lose a lot of life in the process, so when I got to the next level I was pretty well fucked.

So the writer of the (surprisingly funny) show Clarence on Cartoon Network is in trouble for sexual harassment. Apparently he has a few mental illness issues which caused it. No that's not what's funny, I'm a sick fuck, but not that sick. It's this promo for his show right before this news that is.

OK, the clusterfuck that is Missouri and the cascading Looney Tunes routine that's been happening is not funny in any way.

What IS funny is how, as if to mockingly illustrate the ineptitude, I saw video of a cop in a bulletproof vest carrying a box of water bottles around to the front line of law enforcement who are equipped with full riot gear, fatigues, and guns straight out of CoD.

One must get parched bringing all of that law, justice, and peace to a town of twenty-thousand.

I'm probably a terrible person for laughing at that. What fucking arrogant assclowns.

Today a customer called and wanted to know if we had Assassin's Creed II or IV. I told them "I don't think we have II, and I'm not sure if they number the Assassin's Creeds games anymore. Do you know if it is about pirates, or old America?" They didn't know, and I said I'd check. I looked and they still number them very little, but the game she was referring to was Black Flag. I went back and told her, "We do have IV, it's Black Fag." I didn't spell it wrong, I accidentally said "fag" instead of "flag". I got so flustered about it I started stammering. Not sure if she noticed, but after I hung up I got a pretty good kick out of the mispronounce.
