There is Nothing in Gaming Like "________"
I always say there is nothing else in gaming quite like a Zelda dungeon. Even games that copy the Zelda formula that I enjoy can't really match the design or even the feeling that a good Zelda dungeon elicits in me. Is there anything in gaming you guys feel similarly about? Something that is sort of singular to a game or series or even perhaps developer. (That is supposed to be a "blank" in the title if that isn't obvious, wasn't sure how to word it.)

Tough question. I'd say the flow of Half-Life games. The way each game (mostly) just one long trek. I'm sure other games do it but I always think of it as a distinctly "Half-Life" thing. I love games that do that.
Mastering a track in Trackmania is another one. Every racing game has time trials but this is the only series where mastering every corner and shaving off the tiniest bits of time is really compelling to me. It's all in that perfect mix of accessibility and depth.

Ace Attorney. The gameplay is literally just an option between pressing the witness for more info and presenting evidence which contradicts what they say (with occasional 3 option dialog choices), but man they do it in style and make it so exciting.

I wish Ace Attorney didn't have the lame FINDING evidence sections though. Or if they changed how they unfolded because I just plowed through those to do the courtroom.

Layton v Wright does exactly that by turning it into solving brain teasers. Which is an awesome formula and worth playing, but still a weak story because it Ripa off a bad Shyamalan movie.
But investigations do get better as time goes on. T&T make what you need to find, ask and present super obvious unless you have to break a character to get info while DD only has you investigate in certain rooms. They add more of the drama between courtroom segments starting with J4A too so you still get something out of the investigation

I'm replaying Persona 4 now and I feel there's nothing quite like those games. The social dating sim-esque aspect with a "beat the dungeon when you can work it into your schedule" style of progression is really unique.

A few more I thought of
Genesis Sonic games- The way they combined fast paced gameplay with nonlinear level design is really unique and these games have their own style that not even modern Sonic can imitate
Metroid Prime- There's plenty of 2D Metroidvanias, but nothing has done this formula in 3D the same way Retro did.
