I will do flexibility routines, abs and cardio at home in front of the TV often. Usually sports talk stuff for me or old stuff I don't have to pay attention to. During ab sets and the intense parts of cardio (I do HIIT, so it cycles), I'm not seeing much of it. Not a big fan of ab workouts or cardio so it helps make them a bit more tolerable for me.

I need to start doing regular Yoga before my hips completely lock up. I always have a hard time finding motivation for stuff like that on my own at home. How about you?

Muay Thai is still going well. Helps that I get to train with one of the better fighters in the world.
